"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service, had to call to advise of missing items and person I spoke to genuinely couldn't care less, second time I have used uber eats first time I did they didn't even turn up so not sure I've went wrong using them again

"Ordered 4 meals for dinner and received…"
Ordered 4 meals for dinner and received 2. it was late dinner so it was frustrating. When I complained to uber eats, they said they cannot do anything because of my too frequent such claims.
1st of all, It was my 1st order never user uber eats before.
2ndly, I would claim as many times they do this.
After sending them 3-4 emails requesting explanation and details about my previous claims, they blocked my ID, now when I send them email I get automated reply "Sorry, we did not receive your message"

The ease of ordering was great at first. The Taco Bell, I initially ordered from was closed. Didn't find that out until after the third driver was dispatched. The first driver should have reported this. It would have saved a lot of time.
"UberEats thinks staples in food is normal!"
Long story short, you got cold food you might get a refund. If you’re like me and find STAPLES in your food? Yeah can happen, sorry but no refund!
Long story short I have been using them less and less for their insane delivery charges and add ons but this takes the cake. I rarely file for a refund (last time was months ago on missing order), but they now act like I ask for one every day. So when I showed them the picture of the staple and filed for food safety concern I was expecting a decent reply. Whoever “Amr” is however, is acting like I asked where my extra sauce went. I’m done with this company.
They have no added value over Deliveroo or JustEats and are more pricey. Don’t take the risk with these people cause they clearly do not care about your safety.

spent a long time creating an order and only after that is all done did Ubereats tell me the restaurant was too far away.
deliveroo tells you BEFORE you build your order.

"The worst customer service experience I…"
The worst customer service experience I have had in years. I rarely leave reviews but these guys provided that extra touch of terrible service worth noting. The Uber east website was experiencing issues and my other kept being canceled. When the order finally went through I was charged twice (both for food and delivery). I didn’t notice u til I went over my banking charges a week later and Uber is refusing to provide a refund or a credit because I didn’t co tact them writhing 24h of the order. I have now spoken with 5 representatives and still no help. Absolutely unacceptable.

"keep delaying the time"
What's the point of delaying the delivery time from 20 minutes to 30 minutes and then never arrive!

"Awful"
Awful. Food arrived stone cold it was completely inedible. Waited 40 minutes for a delivery that was 10 minutes down the road. We were then told that it was due to them waiting for another order for half an hour after our food was ready. Then rang customer services at UberEATS and got 0 help, they did not offer us a refund or any sort of replacement for the food we have to throw away. Absolutely shocking. Avoid using at all costs.

My girlfriend ordered us a McDonald's and after 2 hours of waiting we rang the driver to see what was happening and the spanner 🔧 wouldn't answer is phone.
So we rang head office who cancelled the order saying she would get refunded. Then at 3 in the morning she received another email saying that they wanted her to pay as she chose to cancel the order even though the food wasn't delivered and we had to order fish and chips from somewhere else.
Awful experience!
I also work at McDonald's and see a lot let's just say that.

item not delivered, website does not show delivery status of the item. selecting item not delivered on the website shows no items to select. No contact details on the website. Online chat shut me out without a resolution. company is a scam

I think drivers should not get lost an pass the address when outside waiting and the same restaurants panda Express should have the same amount of food or dont delivery for them

My first time ordering - food came fast & delicious! Worth every penny!!!
"One star is too much"
This is not the first time. 3 times in 5 months. Order is placed and confirmation received. An hour later, the track your order screen shows completed. Nothing was completed. Of course there is no contact number or chat options on the screen so had to search and finally called them. The person, after leaving me on hold for a few minutes returns and say that the driver lost the order. He wasn't able to elaborate further when I asked what does that mean. Then he said "Sorry for the inconvenience and offered to refund the cost for the order" Really. Is that how you apologize for the inconvenient. I guess it is my fault to have UberEats do this same thing to me more than once. NEVER AGAIN. they DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS.

EDURDO RANGEL RODRIGUEZE from uber eats stole my food and I can’t even leave a bad review for him because he canceled my order . I waited for a pizza for an hour and a half and when he arrived he was asking for a pin . I didn’t know what is that but he texted me that he got it and left with my food .
"Shouldn’t be allowed to operate"
Never give you what you’ve order, always over 40 minutes wait and refuse to refund. If this was any other kind of delivery company this would be unacceptable… why is Uber exempt?
